Winona State University will initiate the second annual Purple Bike Program Wednesday, March 31.
The program will allow for enrolled students, faculty and staff to rent bikes on a “first come, first serve” basis for five hours at a time. Rental hours begin at 8 a.m. at the Student Resource Center, Kryzsko Commons, and must be returned before sunset.
Bike renters will be provided with helmets and cable locks.
