Winona City Council approves regulations to hold property owners responsible for underage drinkers
The Winona City Council passed a Social Host Ordinance for Winona Feb. 1, that will make home and apartment owners responsible for underage drinkers—even if the owners didn’t purchase the alcohol for them. Winona nonprofit recognized for outstanding contributions concerning human rights issues
Project FINE, a nonprofit agency located in Winona, has received a 2009 League of Minnesota Human Rights Commissions Award.  This annual award recognizes individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions concerning human rights issues.
