As part of the Frozen River Film Festival's Fringe Friday, Winona welcomes back Sandman the Rappin' Cowboy who'll perform and talk about the film Roll Out, Cowboy (a film about him, with a good chunk shot in Winona). Opening the night is the magical Dreamland Faces at 7:30. There will be cheap tacos & beer (good beer even!), as well as a Sandman+Dreamland+Winona Trivia Contest (prizes include Mid West Music Fest and Boats & Bluegrass passes).
